Only constructed in 2015, this 2-storey hotel has 22 beds in 11 air-conditioned rooms. Room sizes vary slightly, but are approximately 22m2 each. There is a bar and dining area on the ground level, along with an inviting in-ground swimming pool. Rooms are furnished to Western standard and all come with their own en-suite bathrooms and balconies or terraces. In addition to the standard hotel furnishings and equipment, the hotel also comes with its own speed boat. Breakfasts are served daily in the pool-side dining area.

The location of the property is great, as it is within easy walking distance of the town centre, but far enough away to be out of the raucous nightlife noise and traffic. From the Jetty to the hotel is about a 15 minute walk, or a short horse-drawn buggy ride for about IDR 100,000. There is no parking at the hotel, but parking is available nearby for free.

The property is leased in a company name and that company is being offered as part of the sale package, thereby negating the need to re-negotiate the current lease. The current lease is valid till the end of 2020 and rent has been prepaid to that date. Rent is normally IDR 120m per annum payable weekly at IDR 2.5m.
