This 40 room budget hotel is located on the 3rd road Pattaya. There are 4 levels with 16 deluxe rooms, 8 suite rooms with balcony and 14 standard rooms. Each room has their own electricity meter meaning that they could be rented out long term with cost recovery for used electricity. The hotel was recently refurbished. The ground level is where the reception area is located, along with a small storage area, back office and bathroom. There is also a separate, but adjoining shop recently set up as a massage shop fully equipped with brand new massage chairs ready to get started. A new owner could develop this massage and run it as part of the hotel business or sub-lease the space to reduce the net rental cost. On the 2nd level there are some empty rooms set aside to be used as massage rooms - one of the rooms is ready to be fitted with a spa tub. All rooms are accessed by two stair cases so there is scope if a new owner wanted to convert one of the stair wells into an elevator shaft to provide elevator access to the rooms.
