This food import business has exclusive import contracts with all their suppliers. The company imports around 1.5 to 2 tons of goods into Thailand via airfreight every month. With a turn-around of 2 weeks from supplier to the customer's shelves, overheads are low because of the low stock on hand levels. Their products are in most high end stores including the Mall Group, Central Group, Lemon Farm Group, Rimping supermarkets plus many others retailers and restaurants. Additionally, they also do direct sales and have an online store. The products are in stores nation-wide and come from two distribution points - one in Bangkok and the other in Chiang Mai. All goods are FDA approved. Leases, distribution contracts, exclusive suppliers agreements are all with the 4 million Baht Thai registered company, which is included in the sale.
