It is sited prominently on a corner of a housing development, which enables secure parking behind the pub, and street parking out the front for cars and motorbikes. The pub has 6 rooms (5 studios and 1 x 1 bedroom room), however one of the rooms is used as an office and manager's quarters. All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own en-suite bathrooms and are very generous in size. They are not rented on a nightly basis, instead they are made available for long-term rent in accordance with their license and prices range from THB 12,000 to THB 15,000 per month including room servicing. The smallest of the rooms is 24m2. The fourth level of the building is a rooftop and is not currently used, but could be developed as a bar or eating place, or perhaps just a chill-out area for guests if required. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. It is located on the 2nd level. It has 12 hobs, multiple upright fridges, a scullery area with deep sinks, 3 double chest freezers and plenty of storage and bench space.
