This gogo has prime location in probably the best night-time venue location in Thailand - on and in the middle of Pattaya Walking Street. The current owner is seasoned Pattaya businessman and over the last 5 years, has taken this business to new heights and new profits. Making changes to the bar decor and staff has worked very well, but he also successfully negotiated with the landlord for tenancy costs to be reduced. Increase sales and reduce expenses, and the result has been overwhelmingly successful. Not many gogo's in Walking Street would be able to claim the same sort of growth and popularity as this bar. Initially taken on as a partnership, one of the partners had to leave a couple of years ago leaving the remaining owner to cope with the bar on his own. Basically, he is tiring and wants to sell up. This offer is for 100% ownership and transfer of the company if required, but a partnership arrangement is also available for THB 6,000,000 per 20% share to the right active investor. In order to transfer the lease of this premise, a contract fee of THB 120,000 needs to be paid by the buyer along with any other costs associated with the transfer. Many gogo's in Walking Street claim to be performing well and some do, but this one is definitely up there with the best of them.
