It is a local's bar and restaurant and it caters roughly to a 50/50 mix of expats living nearby and Thai customers. Conveniently located in a good customer catchment area, it is one of only a few in the surrounding couple of kilometers. Operational now for about four years and never turned a loss, the financials can be verified by point of sale till tapes. The bar area is fully covered and the roof insulated to enable opening up during the early and hot hours of the day.
