This relaxed atmosphere ground-level restaurant is located among many condos and office buildings in the Lad Prao area of Bangkok. The restaurant attracts mostly young people and expats who live close by. Movable furnishings are not included in the price, but some built-In furniture provided by the landlord is included. It has a large glassed frontage so it has great exposure to the passing foot traffic. The interior of the restaurant is really nicely decorated with a combination of neutral colors making it adaptable to many kinds of cuisine. The current menu is Italian fusion and the current owner is willing to transfer all recipes to a new owner if required.

The restaurant comfortably seats 40 to 48 people, with seating for another 15 in a private dining room. A storage room and the male/female toilets are at the rear of the main dining room.
