This 49-room near new, well-furnished and modern hotel is located only 350 meters to the beach on beautiful Koh Chang Island. 4 levels with rooftop, it was only built in 2013 and everything is very well maintained and is still just like new! The hotel features an outdoor pool with poolside bar, restaurant, rooftop bar, karaoke room, conference room, fitness and spa. The rooms are a mix of city, pool and mountain views, and every room has its own balcony and switch panel control at the bed corner for the operation of the room facilities. The hotel's elevator services all floors.
The draw cards of this hotel, apart from the nice relaxing rooms, are the rooftop bar (which appears to be the only rooftop bar in Koh Chang) and the trendy Japanese restaurant on the ground level. The rooftop bar easily accommodates 200 people and is open during high season and it's always full. The great online reviews are testimony to the success of this hotel.
The land size is 1,492m2 and has a title deed (Chanote). The hotel comes with all licenses; importantly a hotel license is included. The management team and staff are already in place and trained. The hotel is performing very well and has great potential, but due to family reasons, the owner has to sell. Reasonable offers welcomed and will be considered.
