This Guesthouse/Hostel is located in the heart of Bangkok China Town, only minutes' walk away from the main train station, some of Bangkok's best known attractions and near to a soon-to-be opened new MRT station. Also this property is in trust to Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, so the rent you pay goes to a good cause. The ground floor used to be a successful coffee shop, but the owner couldn't devote any time to it and closed it and then sub-leased the space which is now operated as a restaurant for THB 50,000 rent a month. The upper floors where the guesthouse is sited are accessed via an entry-card system. There are a wide range of room types from 8-bed dorms to family rooms with a double bed and bunk beds plus TV. There is also a mixture of en-suite and shared WC room as well, with plenty of shared facilities on each floor. On the 4th floor there is an open communal area and bar where the breakfasts are served in the mornings. This hostel comes with a 2 million baht registered company that the lease is under, so it is easy for a new owner to take over the business with very little hassle. The current owner is in the process of applying for a hostel license and will continue to help the new owner in the application process.
