In cases where you agree to other agent participation in the sale, some of your details may also be provided to other agents (not in our network) who have agreed to abide by our ‘Co-Broker Agent Agreement’. Additionally and specifically, when you list your business, land for commercial use or investment with us, you will be required to digitally (or in writing) agree to:
- the information you provide us is correct and that you are responsible for any inaccuracies or failure to report inaccuracies or changes as they may occur within a reasonable time,
- not advertise the listing yourself or with any other party at a price lower than advertised by us, and
- our rate of commission and the terms under which we have accepted your engagement of us to sell and/or rent your listing.
